About Me
I am a mindfulness-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, calm, and balance in their lives. With years of experience I provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your inner world, manage stress, and build resilience.
I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and substance use disorders.
I specialize in guiding clients through mindfulness practices, breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, DBT, and mindfulness meditation to support healing and personal growth. By incorporating Somatic Experiencing, I help clients develop greater awareness of the mind-body connection, regulate their nervous systems, and gently process the effects of stress and trauma. Together, we work to address challenges such as addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, burnout, grief and loss, relationship struggles, codependency, and life transitions.

My work blends evidence-based mindfulness practices, Somatic Experiencing, and a compassionate, client-centered approach. I believe that everyone has the innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. Together, we will explore tools and practices tailored to your unique needs, helping you cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being.

Services Offered
• Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions focused on your personal growth and life challenges (addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions etc.)
• Couples Therapy: One-on-one sessions to help partners increase awareness of their emotional and physiological responses, improve co-regulation, reduce conflict, and build a stronger foundation of trust, safety, and connection.
• Mindfulness coaching: one-on-one sessions exploring mindfulness meditation, communication with an integration of those practices into your daily life
(Mindfulness meditation coaching is a collaborative process that helps you develop the skills to live more intentionally and fully.)
• Clinical supervision: one-on-one sessions to discuss clinical cases, receive feedback on interventions and strategies, and address ethical considerations.
• Consultation: providing guidance, advice, analysis, and solutions to organizations and individuals to address clinical challenges.
Credentials & Training
I am a mental health professional with vast clinical experience. I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, and I am licensed as Marriage and Family Therapists since 2015.
Somatic Experiencing informed: I am in the process of obtaining Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Certification (SEP)
I am Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
Inspired by Insight/ Theravada tradition and the Spirit Rock Center, I am dedicated dharma practitioner since 2010 and for the past six years I have been teaching mindfulness and meditation.
I am drawn to exploring the intersection between our fast-paced world and embracing the transformational journey of mindfulness practices.
My background includes working at Kaiser Permanente (Addiction Medicine), Walden house, Methadone Clinic (HAART, Oakland), CalState East Bay (Student Health Center), UC Berkeley (Golden Bear Sleep and Mood Research Clinic), Healthy Partnerships, Inc, Health Right360, MHN (Health Net, Inc), Abode Services, and Telecare Corporation.
I am fluent in Polish.
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment without judgment. Research has shown that regular mindfulness practice can reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. Somatic Experiencing recognizes that stress and trauma affect both the mind and body. By helping individuals become more aware of their nervous system responses and bodily sensations, this approach supports emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting healing. It empowers clients to move through difficult experiences with greater ease, reconnect with their inner resources, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Individual therapy session: $250
Couples Therapy session: $300
Consultation and supervision available upon request. Please contact me directly to discuss availability and fees.
Mindfulness coaching: please contact me directly to discuss availability and fees.
I require at minimum 48 hours notice to avoid being charged full session fee.
No insurance is accepted however I can provide superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement if desired.
